Cranbourne Tower built ~1500 (Henry VII) originally part of Cranbourne Lodge (demolished in 1861)
The Keeper of the Cranbourne Chase lived at Cranbourne Lodge. This Chase was one of the many divisions of Windsor Forest created in C 13th.
